Mathilde did a great job at personalizing the lesson by using photos of Ira and images from Ira's favorite cartoons. Normally Ira is very
shy with strangers and in new situations, but she immediately felt comfortable with Mathilde and actually spoke a bit of French
(something I didn't expect her to do in the first few lessons). Mathilde played along with Ira's silly behavior at times and kept a smile and
a laugh at all times. A really nice start to Ira's journey in French, and she's very excited for the next lesson.
